Our company oversaw the corporations public relations from 2007 to late 2008. From media coverage, A&P Planning, branding advisory to some of their marcom needs. Our work on their Gallery@U-Thant project propelled us into the limelight as an agency.

When we began rebranding of Nam Fatt as a Super High end Prestige developer it was to focus on establishing their credibility and capability in delivering the Gallery@U-Thant their maiden foray into the super high end luxury development segment.

Our intensive public relations campaign delivered astounding results with Gallery 100% sold out in six (6) months with the price moving from RM800 per square feet to RM 1,100 in an area where competing projects had only managed a thirty percent (30%) take up rate during an eighteen (18) month traditional marketing campaign.

The management also found in a survey that market perception of buyers, competitors, suppliers and other stakeholders had notably improved. It was also noted by the management that the share price rose slightly due to improved public perception and visibility. The public relations campaign delivered an ROI of approximately RM18 for every RM1 paid in fees during the year long exercise.
