Beneton

 

As a boutique developer of luxury properties, Beneton decided a different approach was needed for their Viva Residency and Viva Mall project along Jalan Ipoh. An affordable quality development, the client wanted to draw upon the market of working professionals looking to make their first property purchase. For the neighbourhood mall serving the residents and surrounding community the objective was to build a brand that attracted quality tenants like 7eleven, Carrefour, The Guardian etc. When we began establishing the project's quarterly magazine Viva!, we also undertook enhancements to the brand's identity of a project originally created by another agency. Some of this can now be seen in the signage and outdoor creative on-site. Upon completion of the project we also handled the creation of their buyer handover kits. Later we were charged with creating the group's green commitment strategy, statement, principles and identity (logo and tagline). This was a unique opportunity for an expressive creation of a corporate social responsibility initiative.
