Beneton Group

As a boutique developer of luxury properties, Beneton decided a different approach was needed for their Viva Residency and Viva Mall project along Jalan Ipoh. Young vibrant colors, an energetic logo and an CSR campaign focusing on the going green has positioned Beneton for a new generation of buyers. For the neighbourhood mall serving the residents and surrounding community, the objective was to build a brand that attracted quality tenants like 7eleven, Carrefour, The Guardian etc. When we began establishing the project's quarterly magazine Viva!, we also undertook enhancements to the brand's identity of a project originally created by another agency. Some of this can now be seen in the signage and outdoor creative on-site. Upon completion of the project we also handled the creation of their buyer handover kits. Later we were charged with creating the group's green commitment strategy, statement, principles and identity (logo and tagline). This was a unique opportunity for an expressive creation of a corporate social responsibility initiative.

An early issue of the vibrant Viva! Magazine that is now distributed to all buyers of Beneton properties.

Viva was Beneton's first foray into a retail residential mixed development; it was also the first time they've done a medium end project. The idea was offering an unexpected experience defined by convenience. The homebuyer kits created were a compilation of useful information, house rules and conveniences available in the locality.

The group's CSR initiative focussed on a going green campaign for the Viva project though a green identity and statement and green bags.
